At haefele.fashion, we always strive to find environmentally friendly solutions for your shopping experience. All our products are shipped in eco-friendly and recycled packaging.

Shipping methods

DHL  handles deliveries to Germany. All shipments that are sent by haefele.fashion are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment, this insurance coverage is terminated.                                                       

Please be aware that we don’t deliver to post office boxes.          

We send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 Am till 5 PM CET and Saturday, from 9 AM till 2 PM CET (except for German public holidays). The goods will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment.

The shipping cost & delivery times

Shipping costs for orders over € 50 within Germany are free (standard delivery option only).

Tracking

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an e-mail stating the DHL or Deutsche Post tracking number. You can check it 2 hours after receiving the e-mail via the link provided.

Taxes & duties

Within the European Union

We don’t charge additional taxes or customs duties for articles shipped within the (EU). The articles prices and shipping costs include VAT and are thus listed as gross prices. As indicated, the product prices are exclusive from value-added tax and customs duties and exclusive from German value-added tax.                                                 

Be aware that DHL will charge all import sales taxes, customs duties, and handling charges separately for each country.  Also, note that you will be responsible for any banking charges incurred in foreign countries.

In case of a return haefele.fashion will not refund the customs duties, import sales taxes, and DHL handling charges.

Within International & worldwide

You will be responsible for the value-added tax and customs duties incurred in foreign countries about your items.

Be aware that DHL will charge all import sales taxes, customs duties, and handling charges separately for each country.  

Also, note that you will be responsible for any banking charges incurred in foreign countries.

In case of a return haefele.fashion will not refund the customs duties, import sales taxes, and DHL handling charges.
