Return within Germany

Haefele.fashion hope that you are pleased with your order. If you are not satisfied with your goods, you can return any items within 30 days of receipt, excluding reduced items. Use the enclosed return form to indicate which items you wish to exchange and why. Put the enclosed return form with the items you want to return in the original packaging. Close the package securely and attach the tag for the shipment to the box. Bring the package to the same delivery service as for the order (DHL). Once we have received the box, we will confirm receipt. All approved returns will be credited as soon as possible (currency account and payment method as used for the original purchase).

Conditions

Customised items cannot be returned. Return items must be made using the same service as for the original delivery (DHL). The prepaid label is provided for your order. Be aware that all goods must be returned in the same parcel and their original condition, without being worn, washed, or altered, and with tags still attached. In the case of beauty products, must be returned, non-faulty items in their original condition and box. The beauty product must not be used, altered, and have all tags still attached. Haefele.fashion accept returns from the country to which an order was originally shipped. For example, orders delivered to Germany must be returned from Germany. Otherwise, the return is not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).

Refunding the purchase

Once our team has checked the returned item, you will receive an e-mail regarding the returned items. Haefele.fashion will refund you as quickly as possible. The payment is always credited to our customer with the payment method with which the original purchase was made. If the purchase were made with a gift card, a new gift card would be issued. If your acquisition were made with a promotional voucher, you would receive a refund only for the amount paid, which is charged after the coupon was applied. And the promotional voucher will no longer be valid.

If you would like the annulment of your contract of purchase, you may choose one of the following options:

Dissolution of purchase by way of return

Your dissolution of purchase will automatically take effect if you return the items within 30 days, as indicated above.

Annulment of purchase written form

You have 14 days after delivery to annulment your contract of purchase in written form by sending us an e-mail or letter. Please return the items with the cancellation form within 14 days.
